Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd's journey in combat sports began at 14 years old. After a kickboxing training session, wrestling BJJ and BJJ, she began her professional debut with Jaimee Nievera at WCFC when she was just 18. Ladd was able to continue building upon her victory during Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won 3 consecutive bouts. She finished all of her opponents in the first round. Following that, she travelled to WCFC again and beat Leslie Rodriguez in a unanimous decision. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian, and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia defeated Aspen and defeated her via unanimity to create an ominous mark on her amateur record. Ladd rebounded from her loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to take her record up to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015. She joined Invicta FC and made her debut. At InvictaFC 11, she had her very first professional fight. Aspen dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing an 1st round TKO. Invicta Combat Championships 16, Aspen won the following match with Amanda Cooper through a second-round submission via armbar. Aspen utilized her expertise in wrestling to take out McGill with a TKO during the third-round (elbows and punches). Aspen was then matched against Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. The fight was with Hoy as a catchweight (138.1lb) since Ladd did not gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy to finish her in 2nd round via TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last promotion fight. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks prevailed by a majority vote. Aspen Ladd made her UFC debut in UFC Fight Night 118 against Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina by pound-for-pound, and took the TKO round later in the second. She maintained her dominance and picked up another big win over Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd was able to defeat Evinger in the very first round and received a bonus for her performance on the evening. She fought her first big fight at The UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd won the fight of the night bonus fight after the two fighters engaged in an intense fight back and forth. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd within 16-seconds, ending her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya was defeated in UFC 7 ESPN 7's third round, was defeated by Randamie. She took on Norma Dumont as a substitute in her last fight with the UFC at UFC Fight Night 195. Her loss was a unanimous one.
