Shannon Spake

Shannon Spake, born July 23, 1976 is an NASCAR reporter and college basketball and football reporter at Fox Sports. In the past, she worked for ESPN and contributed to SportsCenter to provide pre and post-game coverage. She she also served as an off-line reporter with SEC in ESPN basketball matches as well as college football games. Spake has also been an editor on behalf of SEC Network. This network is part of ESPN. Spake was previously employed by Speed Channel. There, she hosted NASCAR Nation (June through November 2005) in addition to serving as reporter. Together with Marty Smith, she co-hosted Back Seat Drivers (a talk show) alongside Marty Smith.
